Couldnt get

I admired one simple elegance handbag
But it is way beyond my budget

I aimed for a pair of sexy shoe
But the one i heart is too expensive

I dream to have a nice sunglass
But still i cannot afford to get my dream one

I want to buy a dozen of roses
But the florist had increased the price. *sigh*

Roses

I love roses very much. I love to buy roses. I love all my frens who bought me roses, thank you kerna memenuhi permintaanku yg xtau malu ni =) Dimanakah anda semua? Aku nak roses lg! Sgt sedey tuk dimaklumkan disini bahawasanya roses yg aku simpan selama ni telah dirosakkan oleh seekor kucing!!! Xsampai sejam letak kt luar umah, tup tup kuar je nak amek, dah hancus semua dried roses tu! Sgt geram n sgt marah. Ggrrrrrr!!!!

Good things are never convenient

Recently, I received a call from a lady. She was complimenting me on my books and wished she could hear me speak so she can learn more.

“That's great,” I told her. “I'm having a seminar this weekend. You should come.”
“Yes, ah?” came her reply. And I heard her voice drop. “Where's the seminar?”
“It's at the Holiday Villa Hotel in Subang Jaya.”
“Ohhh, that's too far.”
“Where are you staying?”
“I'm staying near the Mall in KL.”

I threw up my arms. “Subang Jaya is too far from KL? People have flown in from Sabah and Sarawak to come to my seminars!” I told her. But I knew it was all in vain. She was complimenting me earlier on to be polite. She did not expect to do more and spending a little bit more money to come to the seminar was obviously not in her plans.

I did not have to meet her personally to know that she is having financial problems. See folks, the truth is that the rich became rich because they were willing to do things that were not easy or convenient. Another truth is that everything worthwhile in this life is never easy or convenient. Great things will never fall into your lap or come raining down from the sky. You have to struggle and struggle hard. And then, maybe, just maybe, the heavens will open up.

Anyone who only wants to do things that are easy or convenient will live a life filled with endless financial problems.

So if you want the good life, then you must be willing to do things that are not easy or convenient. You must be willing to do things others are not willing to do.

Coming to seminars or attending training classes is never convenient, but you have to do it if you want to become better and wealthier.

When I decided to become a financial consultant in 1995, there were no such designations or qualifications in Malaysia .

I was so determined to do it that I wrote to universities in Australia and even the CFP headquarters in Denver, Colorado. I planned to do the course by mail but if I had to, I would fly there to complete the programme. Fortunately, I later found out about the Chartered Financial Consultant programme ran by the Malaysian Insurance Institute. I enrolled myself in the programme, attended evening classes twice a week for two years, read many books, sat for many exams, and paid good money to do all that.

Oh yes, I did all that even though I knew I was never going into practice as a financial consultant.

Was it easy? Certainly not. Who likes sitting for exams? Was it convenient? Obviously not. For starters, I had to miss spending time with my wife and children. But I did it anyway.

And the reason you are reading this article today is because I was willing to do things that were not convenient.

So dear readers, if you want to have the good things in life – big house, big car, fat income, slim wife – be willing to do things that are not easy or convenient. Be willing to do things that others are not willing to do.

Doing things that is only easy and convenient is reserved for the non-rich.

Life

Nothing worth doing is completed in our lifetime,
Therefore, we are saved by HOPE.

Nothing true or beautiful or good makes complete sense in any immediate context of history,
Therefore, we are saved by FAITH.

Nothing we do, however virtuous, can be accomplished alone.
Therefore, we are saved by LOVE.

No virtuous act is quite a virtuous from the standpoint of our friend or foe as from our own,
Therefore, we are saved by the final form of love which is FORGIVENESS.

Facial care

Skin care has become a much publicized area of concern, but do we really know why we are being told that services are important? Yup i do know the importance since i was young. As most pple owez said, kalo nak cantik kenala willing to invest kan, unless muka mmg dah semulajadi licin n cun melecun. So have you ever had a facial? Me? Very rare! Sgt malas kan. But skang alhamdulillah kesedaran tu dah dtg, and i dah semakin alert dlm menjaga kesihatan n kecantikan. Btw, article kat bawah ni is good tuk tau serba sikit bout facial care.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Many people think about having a facial, or arrive for a facial appointment, uncertain of the importance of this service - aside from its seemingly pampering nature. Truly, though, a facial is not a luxury, its benefits are far reaching.

What is the one part of the body that is exposed most often? Your face.

The surface of our skin is dotted with tiny pockets called pores. These pores allow for the transfer of materials like sweat and oxygen into and out of the body. Oil glands, located within the pores, secrete sebum. Dust, pollution, free radicals, wind and sun are a constant source of irritants and debris that can stick to the oil or sebum on our skin. Since our skin grows from the inside to the outside, dead cells, though they act as protection from the sun, come to rest upon the surface too.

I like to compare the surface of our face to your stovetop. When you cook with oil and it spatters onto your stovetop, the surface becomes sticky and other matter - like dust - will cling to it. It works the same way with your face. Matter, including dirt, dust and dead skin cells, stick to your sebum, blocking the exit of your pore. The result is dull skin, or eventually a blackhead or pimple (pustule).

However, when you have a professional facial - that is, one performed by a licensed aesthetician - the dead skin cells, dirt, and debris may be removed. What's left is cleaner, shinier, healthier, newer skin that is able to breathe and do what skin is meant to do. The added bonus is a tremendous sense of well being and relaxation.

The basic parts of a facial are as follows:

- Determining Your Skin Type: It's important for you and your aesthetician to understand your skin type. By knowing this, products and techniques used can be specifically customized to meet your needs.

- Deep Cleansing: With the correct product, a gentle, but deep cleaning is obtained and, depending upon skin type, the correct pressure and movements can be employed to stimulate or calm. Steam and/or hot towels are often used to soften and expand the pores.

- Proper Exfoliation: I say "proper" because you can over-exfoliate. Skin must be manipulated with awareness so as to not cause unwanted reactions. This exfoliation may be done manually or chemically with the use of an electric brush, scrub, enzyme or acid.

- Taking Away: After cleansing and exfoliation, the skin is prepared for extraction - or cleansing of the pores.

- Giving Back: Now the skin is ready to receive vitamins, hydration and minerals in the form of serums, lotions, creams and masques applied with manual techniques or massage appropriate for your particular skin type.

- Additional Pleasures: During this process, you will often receive a hand and arm massage, a facial massage and a neck and shoulder massage.

In conclusion, the answer to "Why Do I Need A Facial" is that generally, we aren't able to cleanse and exfoliate our skin the way that a professional aesthetician can, and the benefits are both tangible and esoteric.

Memandangkan kesedaran dah semakin tinggi, semangat pun makin berkobar2. So here are my new azam baru. Hopefully azam kali ni menjadi la ye.
- g buat facial ngan lebey berdisiplin, kalo bleh make an appointment first so dat xyah tgu turn lama2
- take some time for a body to rest and get some treatment. ngurut2 sket tuk melancarkan blood circulation n mengurangkan sengal2 n lenguh2 badan.. massage..scrub..sauna..
- hair treatment. never done this b4! stakat wash n blow tu penahla. i shud have started this earlier kan.
