SLEEP like a baby

Korang ade x kdg2 tu trouble nak tdo nyenyak d malam hari? Masalah sukar nak lelapkan mata. Yela  ade stengah org tu, xsampai 15mins letak kpala atas bantal tros je lelap. Ade  plak yg pusing kiri kanan stengah jam tp stil xdpt tdo. Myself ni dlm kategori ssh mau titun gak. Mata i ni degil sgt, dah letih tp tetap tamau lelap. So i wanted to share wif uols tips yg i baru baca last few days.

Put the lights out
Dimness alert your biological clock that it's the time to wind down, while bright light scream 'daytime' and prompts your brain to wake up. Encourage deep slumber by blocking out city lights entirely with a sleep mask.

Breathe in soothing scents
Lavender oil induces relaxation and sleep, and is often recommended for insomnia. Put a drop or two in a cotton ball and tuck it into the corner of your pillowcase. You can combine it with chamomile for enhanced effectiveness.

Tune in to tune out
Listening to music before bedtime is a good way to unwind before bedtime. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't matter whether it's pop, rock or jazz - anything you enjoy will relax you.

Sleep when you are tired
If you don't fall asleep within 15 - 20 minutes, get up and occupy yourself with something else. Go back to bed when you are really tired. If not, the stress from agonising over falling a sleep will only prevent it further.
