I eat a lot. I drink a lot. I love food! So i have to watch out my health n fitness. At least im trying to ;) Bersenam bukan tuk yang nak kurus je kawan2 yer, yg dah kurus pun patut bersenam. *peringatan untuk diri sendri jugak* Kadang2 tu seminggu xbersukan wokey! Sebulan pun penah jugak. Haha. Tu memang tgh mood menggila malas nak p bersukan la kan, or musim ujan. Apapun, jom amalkan gaya hidup sihat! Mentang2la i keje under ministry of health ;p
